IT Analyst (Aggregator Shop Lead)

Job Purpose

Aggregator Shop Lead will be driving menu management for all ADP, NCR and IPAAS integrated channels. This role will include responsibility for all the brands and countries wherever integration exists. The candidate will also be responsible as SPOC for delivering Aggregator-Brand service requests, new menu onboarding for Aggregators and drive reducing price mismatches for Aggregator content specific.

Responsibilities

• Efficient in delivering corresponding brands service request and will be responsible for driving content by working closely with business teams.
• Responsible for every menu change in any of the Integrated Aggregator’s platform.
• Managing a team of 4-5 resource and motivating them towards a united goal i.e., delivering requests within SLA through quality work and reducing price mismatch across aggregator menus.
• Able to drive operational changes and solutions single handedly to support business expectations.
• Maintaining and sharing daily updates to the Manager.
• Responsible for daily triage calls with cross functional teams.
• Review and analyze product(item) configurations, mapping product – product among different menus for all brands and countries.
• Interact with marketing, engineering, and product to understand new item requirements or in case the product requires any kind of modifications.
• Conduct UAT and post-mapping test from application to all the systems impacted.
• Evaluating gaps in various product(item) structure and proposing solutions.
• Responsible for error free delivery and ensuring closing all defects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content management and ecommerce platforms.
• Experience in Magento and other content management tools.
• Should have led a team from 2-3 resources minimum.
• Previously experienced in .NET applications are a plus.
• Experience in managing Arabic content is a plus.
• Experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with database queries and good understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Good knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript/jQuery.
