Job Description

• Support business teams in developing business cases for new products or services and secure necessary funding and approvals.
• Ensure alignment of tech projects with overall business and enterprise strategies and maintain visibility across multiple project portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide actionable insights.
• Develop scorecards and maintain visibility of critical digital initiatives and projects for business and IT leaders.
• Lead the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for IT projects.
• Utilise organisational skills to prioritise and manage multiple digital proposals and active projects concurrently.
• Continuously expand knowledge of digital transformation trends and best practices while leading problem-solving discussions and small project management efforts.

The Successful Applicant

• You will possess at least 15 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong foundation in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
• You'll have proven advisory and analysis expertise in technology & digital transformation.
• You'll have experience working with large, complex multinationals, supporting various departments and operating with a hands-on approach when implementing change and ensuring adoption of new technologies.
• You're a certified Project Management professional with a deep understanding of best practices.
• You have excellent communication skills, influencing and inspiring decision-making at a high level.
• You're a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results.
• You are currently based in the UAE.
