IT Administrator

LEDFlex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for more than 10 years and is looking for an experienced IT Administrator. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LED Flex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with proficiency in both Mac and PC environments, experience with servers, network switches, and VOIP systems, as well as a solid understanding of IT security practices. Experience with IT management software and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics are beneficial.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain systems for both Mac and PC environments.
• Handle Microsoft Office suite administration, including Exchange server management.
• Network and Server Management: Maintain and monitor servers and network components, such as network switches and VOIP phone systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to hardware, software, or network infrastructure.
• IT Management Software: Manage and implement IT management software for ticketing, asset tracking, and system monitoring.
• Security / Cyber Security: Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing best practices in cybersecurity.
• Monitor network activity and secure sensitive data, protecting the company from potential threats.
• Optional: Microsoft Dynamics: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus for managing workflows and supporting the integration of Dynamics within the organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Exchange server administration.
• Experience with Mac and PC system management.
• Solid understanding of servers, network switches, and VOIP phone systems.
• Familiarity with IT management software for system monitoring and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of security and cybersecurity protocols.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.

• Previous experience in an IT Admin role or similar position.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Salary dependent on experience, negotiable
• Desirable working hours (Mon - Fri, 08:30am - 5:30pm) with one hour lunch break

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
