Job description

Work closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to support the development and execution of leisure sales strategies.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of sales goals.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Assist in providing guidance to help new staff members acclimate to their roles.
Maintain clear and effective communication within the sales team and with other departments.
Ensure that all team members are kept informed about sales initiatives, goals, and updates.
Contribute to a supportive team environment by addressing any challenges or issues collaboratively.
Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere by recognising and celebrating team achievements.
Support team members in achieving their goals and maintaining high levels of engagement and morale.
Assist in resolving any team conflicts or issues by promoting open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Help maintain a harmonious working environment.
Build and sustain robust relationships with leisure clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and anticipate their expectations.
