5. Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
6. Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
7. Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
8. Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
9. Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments.
10. Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
