istant Bar Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Bar Manager that can bring all of this to life. Working with the mixology team, service colleagues, and hostesses, you will be the person that brings all these elements together to create one of the most talked-about bar experiences.

The Bar Manager is responsible for the overall operation, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include managing all areas of bar service within the space, including but not limited to:

1. Training, motivating, and retention of the team
2. Food and beverage costs
3. Labor cost
4. P&L responsibility
5. Staffing plans
6. Safety and hygiene

All whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines.
