Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Financial Statements
2. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
3. Reconciliation of Parties Account (suppliers and customers)
4. Preparation of Import and Export LC documents
5. Register Sales Order in the system
6. Exposure to Trade Finance Experience (Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, TR Loan, etc.)
7. Maintain the General Ledger
8. Assisting with Preparation of Budgets
9. Assisting with Annual Audit Preparations
10. Preparation of Import Cost Sheets, Purchase Vouchers, and their Profitability Analysis
11. Ageing Analysis
12. Preparation of VAT Return
13. Preparation of Payroll under Wage Protection System (WPS)
14. Online Invoice Submission
