We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our Issuing, Merchant Acquiring, and ATM Acquiring services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payment processing and be responsible for optimizing operational workflows across card issuing, merchant acquiring, and ATM networks, POS, SoftPOS and other digital services. You will manage service delivery, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting for all payment solutions.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of card issuing, merchant acquiring, and ATM acquiring operations
Experience with payment gateways, transaction processing, and merchant management systems
Ability to optimize payment systems for high efficiency
Experience with Digital Banking solutions and their operational integration
Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
4+ years of experience in Issuing, Acquiring, and ATM Acquiring operations management
Proven experience in managing payment solutions and payment gateways
Experience with Digital Banking and card network operations
Strong background in performance management and service delivery
