Islamic Studies Teacher (English Medium)

NOTE: The course will be taught in English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Teach Islamic Studies to college-level students in English.
2. Prepare lesson plans that align with the curriculum and Islamic principles.
3. Facilitate engaging and interactive discussions on Islamic history, theology, and ethics.
4. Evaluate and assess student progress through assignments, exams, and participation.
5. Promote Islamic values and foster a respectful, inclusive classroom environment.
6. Collaborate with faculty to enhance academic programs and extracurricular activities related to Islamic Studies.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Islamic Studies or a related field.
2. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
3. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably at the college level.
4. Strong understanding of Islamic teachings, culture, and history.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Candidates must reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.
2. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology integration.
3. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
