A rapidly expanding DIFC based Investment Company is looking for an Investor Relations Associate/ Senior Associate who combines financial expertise with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to represent the company effectively to the investment community while providing valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required

1. Financial Acumen: financial documents, presentations, investor memos and market analysis
2. Regulatory Knowledge: knowledge of regulatory environment surrounding potential investment opportunities
3. Valuation Knowledge: strong financial modelling experience and understanding valuations of assets and investment proposals
4. Networking: ability to build relationships across the GCC whilst providing real-time, expert advice on macro-microeconomic factors for investors
5. Stakeholder Engagement: ability to arrange meetings, roundtables and attend industry events with potential new clients/ investors
6. Investor Targeting: market map building across GCC/ Europe and US of potential investment opportunities
7. Data Driven Insights: experience of producing feasibility, market analysis and product/ geographical and sector intelligence for capital raise opportunities

Background and Experience

Education: A degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a distinct bonus.

Experience: Prior experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, strategy or investment banking is highly valued.
