Investment Trading - Analyst

Responsibilities:

Develop market making strategies in target markets.

Ensure trading activities are compliant to standards based on risk-weighted asset and return on equity targets management.

Ensure budget targets are cascaded to teams with product targets, and proactively performance manage targets through to delivery.

Collaborate with global Relationship Managers, Capital Structuring and Distribution Group and Financial Market Sales to identify clients needing solutions that the public market cannot provide.

Identify, analyse and drive profitable trading opportunities to client requirements and goals, for example supporting the growing demand for sustainable finance.

Skills:

Financial mathematics and financial products.

Risk management, financial and credit analysis.

Experienced in using and adapting to client behaviors and preferences.

Financial Services industry and regulatory experience.

Economic analysis and modelling.

Emerging technology.

Environmental, social and good governance (ESG), and Sustainable Finance.
