The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate trends, economic indicators, and financial assessment techniques to provide actionable insights for real estate investments.

1. Conduct thorough market research on residential and hospitality real estate sectors to identify investment opportunities and emerging market trends.
2. Analyze key market data, including rental yields, property values, supply and demand dynamics, and demographic shifts.
3. Evaluate macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, inflation, employment trends, and regulatory changes that could impact real estate investments.
4. Develop financial models, including ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and capitalization rate calculations, to assess investment viability.
5. Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and developments, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and environmental regulations.
