Azizi Developments is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Researcher to assess residential and hospitality real estate markets, identify investment opportunities, and evaluate potential risks. This role requires in-depth market research, financial modeling, and strategic analysis to support investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate trends, economic indicators, and financial assessment techniques to provide actionable insights for real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough market research on residential and hospitality real estate sectors to identify investment opportunities and emerging market trends.
  2. Analyze key market data, including rental yields, property values, supply and demand dynamics, and demographic shifts.
  3. Evaluate macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, inflation, employment trends, and regulatory changes that could impact real estate investments.
  4. Develop financial models, including ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and capitalization rate calculations, to assess investment viability.
  5. Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and developments, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and environmental regulations.
  6. Assess risks associated with property investments, such as market volatility, zoning laws, and regulatory challenges, and propose mitigation strategies.
  7. Monitor the performance of existing real estate investments and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
  8. Utilize data analytics and forecasting techniques to predict future market trends and inform strategic investment decisions.
  9. Collaborate with development, finance, and executive teams to align investment strategies with corporate objectives.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements in real estate, and innovations such as smart building technologies.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate market research, investment analysis, or financial modeling.
  3. Proven expertise in financial evaluation, data analysis, and investment risk assessment within the real estate sector.
  4. Strong proficiency in real estate financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  5. Excellent knowledge of global and regional real estate market trends, regulatory frameworks, and economic indicators.
  6. Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling software, and market research tools.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver strategic insights to stakeholders.
