Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an Investment Property Specialist to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and promoting investment properties, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring successful transactions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property investment goals and preferences.
2. Property Promotion: Actively promote investment properties through various channels including online platforms, events, and direct client interactions.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Dubai real estate market.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize client satisfaction.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales with clients and developers to ensure favorable outcomes.
6. Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on property investments including market trends, potential returns, and legal considerations.
7. Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met for property transactions.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, legal, and finance to support property sales and client needs.
9. Client Education: Educate clients on the benefits and risks of investment property investments to empower them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a focus on investment properties, preferably within the Dubai market.
3. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and developers, proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and online marketing tools, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and investment opportunities.
5. Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
