Investment Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CIO or Head of Investment.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Assist in project management and coordination as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need the following mandatory criteria:

• Minimum of 10 years of total work experience in a similar role, supporting senior management.
• Strong fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
