Investment Director - Real Estate

Max Piccinini, a leader in the field of Training and Coaching for Entrepreneurs, is rapidly expanding and aiming to achieve ambitious goals. We are developing a real estate investment program in Dubai, offering exclusive high-yield opportunities for those looking to invest and diversify their portfolios. This project is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for an Investment Director to help us raise over 100 million euros to support our real estate investment projects.

Your Role:

As the Investment Director, you will be at the heart of our strategy to develop our portfolio of investors.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop a high-end investor network: Target and engage high-potential private investors (multi-millionaires, billionaires, investment funds) looking to diversify their portfolios by offering them unique opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
2. Present high-yield secured investment opportunities: Deliver persuasive presentations on real estate projects, highlighting the financial benefits and potential returns of each project. Tailor your approach to the investor profiles to maximize engagement.
3. Negotiate and close investment deals: Follow up on discussions and finalize investment agreements, ensuring investor questions and expectations are met, turning their interest into tangible commitments.
4. Develop fundraising strategies: Refine strategies for prospecting and retaining investors, while adjusting approaches based on market feedback.
5. Establish strategic partnerships: Identify and form key partnerships with influential players in the financial sector to strengthen the investor network and expand fundraising channels for real estate projects.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships: Ensure a trusting relationship with investors by being their primary point of contact and offering personalized follow-up to encourage reinvestment in new projects.
7. Collaborate with the administrative team: Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth transactions and document management, while focusing on negotiating and closing investments.

Profile:

You have:

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in environments such as private banking, wealth management, or investment funds.
2. Raised tens or even hundreds of millions of euros in your career.
3. A well-connected network of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
4. Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and associated financial mechanisms.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to create lasting connections with private investors.
6. The ability to clearly and convincingly present investment opportunities and adapt your pitch to suit your audience.
7. A passion for network development and a continuous drive to identify and engage new potential partners.
8. A commitment to client success by offering opportunities aligned with their interests.
9. The ability to work independently while actively contributing to the overall strategy.
10. Motivation by challenges and perseverance to achieve tangible results.
11. The capacity to handle sensitive information with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
12. Fluency in English, essential for positions in Dubai and Switzerland.
13. Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
