Responsibilities

1. Provide advisory services to clients on financial transactions within the MENA region.
2. Conduct financial analysis and prepare valuation models.
3. Develop pitch books and presentation materials for client meetings.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions.
5. Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and financial advisors.
6. Foster and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are preferred.
