Solid financial modelling and valuation skills: ability to build detailed financial models, analyze impact of proposed transactions on capital structures, perform sensitivities to key business drivers, ability to carry out business valuations applying different approaches, etc. [These skills may be tested as part of the selection process].
Transactional/deal background focused on execution (i.e., participated in the project management/coordination of deals timely and properly).
Fluency in Spanish and English is required (ability to interact with global clients on a recurrent basis). Other languages are a plus.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office with strong focus in MS Excel (financial modelling) and MS PowerPoint. User level of Bloomberg, Factset, Refinitiv, Mergermarket and other similar market data tools.
