Investment Associate - Private Equity - Growth

We are partnering with a highly respected growth equity investment firm in Dubai that is looking to hire an Investment Associate. The Role:

As an Investment Associate, you will work closely with senior investment professionals on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management. You’ll play a hands-on role in assessing new opportunities, conducting deep-dive analysis, and helping drive value in portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deal Sourcing & Execution: Support senior team members in identifying and evaluating high-potential growth equity opportunities, including fund investments and direct deals.
• Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct rigorous financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis to support investment decisions.
• Due Diligence & Structuring: Lead key aspects of the due diligence process, engaging with advisors and industry experts to assess risks and opportunities.
• Investment Recommendations: Develop investment memos and presentations for internal decision-making committees.
• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor portfolio company performance, conduct regular financial reviews, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Market & Sector Research: Stay ahead of trends in the MENA and global investment landscape, with a focus on high-growth industries.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-4 years of experience in private equity, preferably growth equity experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities.
• A highly commercial mindset with the ability to assess opportunities in fast-evolving sectors.
• Self-starter attitude, capable of independently managing multiple workstreams and executing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor presentations and stakeholder management.
• A deep interest in technology, innovation, and high-growth markets.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
