Position: Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply.
3. Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
4. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
5. Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and identify trends.
6. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
7. Generate and present inventory reports for management review.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Skills:

1. Knowledge of inventory control principles, techniques, and best practices.
2. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
3. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
5. 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar role.
