Apply now for the internship of Customer Care Center Coordinator intern and you will be part of experienced Customer Care Centre representatives, supporting the team to coordinate the daily activities for the sub zone region including UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain.

In addition, you will provide support functions for several offices aiding in meeting customers’ needs during critical times to ensure performance demands.

Your role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.
  • Receive customer requests (service calls, emails, tpF) for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and application trainings.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule field service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
  • Create and monitor notifications for CSEs and APPS specialists.
  • Coordinate dispatch activities of the CSEs for onsite visits, preventive maintenance visits, and APPS visits.
  • Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for field service engineers of all service and application dispatches.
  • Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well detailed, coordinated, prioritized, and organized for review and follow-up action.

Your expertise:

  • You are studying Biomedical Engineering (preferred), Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Clinical Engineering, or related courses of study.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge in SAP MM and SD modules is an advantage.
  • You are a student and enrolled at a university in the UAE.
  • You will be available for at least 6 months, preferably longer.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
