Indus International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong engineering background to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the heat exchanger business globally.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.
  4. Engineering Expertise: Utilize your engineering background to understand and effectively communicate technical aspects of heat exchangers to clients.
  5. Communication Skills: Fluently communicate in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in German is a plus.
  6. Travel: Be open to international travel, particularly to Europe and North America, ranging from 30% to 50% of your working time.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management and contribute to decision-making processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We prefer candidates who have experience traveling to the US and European countries.


Salary: Annual package in hand AED 120,000 + yearly performance-based incentive up to 3 months salary (Tentative CTC Package will be near INR 34.5 LPA)

  • Performance Incentive: You will be eligible for the yearly performance-based incentive up to 3 months salary as per Company policy at the end of the financial year.
  • Group Transportation: You will be provided free To & From group transportation from Ajman Emirate to factory as per Company policy.
  • Medical: You will be provided free basic medical treatment for yourself as per Company policy.
  • Annual Leave: You will be given 30 days paid leave for each completed year of service subject to your confirmation to services on completion of the probation period.
  • Increments: You will be eligible for annual salary increment on completion of a minimum of 9 months of service at the close of the Company’s financial year.
  • Gratuity: You will be eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of continuous service.
  • Contract Period: First and each subsequent contract will be valid for a 2-year period from residence visa stamping date which can be further renewed with mutual discussion and agreement.
  • Probation Period: You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining/reporting.
  • Weekly Off & Holidays: Weekly off will be on Sunday and other public holidays as per Company policy.
