International Sales Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an international personal care and cosmetics brands in UAE. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of their premium perfume and personal care brands into key international markets including Africa, CIS countries, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective market entry strategies for target countries including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying potential distribution channels.
2. Identify, evaluate, and appoint qualified distributors in multiple countries across target regions.
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
4. Build brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5-10 years of proven experience in international sales within the cosmetics, personal care, and fragrance industries.
3. Prior experience in appointing and managing distributors in multiple countries is essential.
4. Experience in the African, CIS, and/or US markets is highly preferred.
