Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior in targeted regions to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Enhance brand awareness and ensure messaging resonates with local audiences in chosen markets.
  3. Continuously adjust marketing campaigns to reflect sales trends and consumer preferences.
  4. Customize brand messaging to cater to diverse demographics, optimizing engagement and conversion.
  5. Tailor the brand's voice for each social media platform, maximizing reach and impact.
  6. Analyze extensive data sets to extract actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
  7. Conduct thorough research on local laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Management, with a proven track record in international markets.
  3. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages highly desirable.
  4. Expertise in identifying and targeting the correct audience on social media platforms through detailed analysis of demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  5. Exceptional analytical abilities, with the skill to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
  6. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively under the direction of the Marketing Director.
