Directly responsible for: Field Service Job Execution of following products: Pure Ballast System, Marine Separators, Fresh water Generators and Plate heat exchangers. This includes Quality of Service report, updating reports and settings in CRM tool, timely update of timesheets, and customer satisfaction survey report.
Indirectly responsible for: Overall Regional Service & Marine objectives and growth targets.
Key Tasks
- Undertaking servicing of equipment as per customer satisfaction and on time.
- Meeting Field service KPI’s aligned with customers’ requirements.
- Explore business development in every possible opportunity.
- Support warranty claim handling.
- Explore opportunities for new performance agreements/service contracts.
- Acquire up-to-date technical knowledge about products and applications.
- Capture and update installed base.
Safety
- Ensure use of adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during every service visit.
- Adhere to safety instructions/policy diligently.
- Report safety issues and ensure safe working.
Market Intelligence, Customer Insight, Customer Satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints at the shortest possible time.
- Proactive recommendation to customers for timely purchase of spares.
- Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
- Communicate product-related change notifications.
- Train customers on installed products.
- Receive/gather customers’ insight and feedback and communicate/act on same.
- Communicate the sales leads to sales organization.
