Handle financial reporting responsibilities for multiple international entities including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, audit oversight, and cash forecasting. Coordinate with international accountants, managers, outside accountants, and corporate team for compliance reporting and banking matters.
Work with international accounting firms and enterprise personnel to complete all accounting transactions and financial statements for local GAAP compliance.
Collaborate with outside accounting firms and international personnel to complete audit and statutory reporting and tax filing requirements including Transfer Pricing and benchmark analysis oversight.
Oversee the development and accounting for Transfer Pricing policies and intercompany balances activities.
Assist in establishing new international entities.
Assist Treasury in the setup and monitoring of international bank accounts including bank balances.
Experience / Education
BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field.
8 years of accounting experience with broad G/L, intercompany, joint venture, and international accounting experience required.
Large international company and public accounting firm experience preferred.
Expertise with both US GAAP and IFRS.
Experience working with international subsidiaries.
Understanding of VAT, consumption tax, GRT, and international corporate income tax.
Experience working with HR Mobility and related tax requirements.
Ability to communicate well and work with both international and domestic personnel.
Aware of topics associated with setting up and administering foreign operations from a multinational organization perspective.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Experience with Transfer Pricing and Benchmark process.
CPA or international equivalent.
Experience with multicurrency.
Construction industry experience, preferably in US Federal government contracting.
