International Accountant

The International Accountant will manage cross-border financial reporting, ensure compliance with global accounting standards, and support the financial operations of the fintech company in multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
2. Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and currency conversions.
3. Ensure tax compliance and reporting across operating regions.
4. Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and banking partners.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
2. 5 to 10+ years of experience in international accounting, ideally in fintech.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
4. Strong understanding of international tax and reporting regulations.
