As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Analyze data, design KPIs, and develop monitoring systems for client and corporate services.
Integrate quantitative customer data such as customer profiles and contract details with extended data such as industry, region, customer characteristics, and purchasing patterns to analyze and forecast needs, test hypotheses, and reflect them in marketing initiatives.
Visualize various types of data using BI tools.
Conduct overall data analysis, which plays an important role not only in the marketing domain but also in various decision-making areas such as sales and business strategies.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in requirements organization and database analysis.
At least 2 years of experience in creating and utilizing dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, DOMO, Google Data Portal, etc.
Experience or skills in processing and analyzing complex data using SQL and Python.
Motivated to obtain a TOEIC score of 800 or higher within 2 years of joining the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in extracting issues from data analysis, proposing improvements, and executing PDCA.
Experience in CRM promotion.
Experience in EC marketing.
Experience in building and operating a KPI monitoring system.
