Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  2. Provide strategic input and support throughout all project phases, from initial planning to project completion.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards in the UAE.
  4. Utilize your consulting experience to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
  5. Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to effectively manage expectations and foster positive relationships.
  6. Oversee the implementation of construction best practices, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and clients.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering project coordination within a consulting firm.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully supporting project managers across various project phases.
  4. In-depth understanding of construction best practices and familiarity with relevant local regulations in the UAE.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
