Internal Audit Manager

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Design visuals content, crafting infographics, charts, and diagrams to effectively convey complex information.
• Collaborate with project managers, bids team, and subject matter experts to design and structure the proposed project presentation/report.
• Ensure that the presentation aligns with client requirements, branding standards, and the proposal narrative.
• Compile high-quality graphics/animation to be included in presentations to Government Agencies, Board of Directors, and any other client/employer.
• Provide graphic design guidelines for the business development team.
• Develop presentation materials and customize visuals to represent the firm's technical expertise, solutions, and methodology.
• Ensure that presentation design enhances the clarity of the proposal.
• Maintain and manage branding consistency, including models, files, design and drawing logs, tracking revisions in an organized manner.
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative technologies/visual aids as necessary.
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
• Produce all graphics required for the content of bids, liaising with individual graphics owners within the bid team as appropriate.
• Take full responsibility for creating and sourcing all graphic artwork.
• Ensure all graphic artwork created follows corporate branding guidelines and oversee the development of the visual bid branding, seeking approvals prior to submission.
• Liaise with proposals and communications teams on all complementary aspects of submission content.
• Coordinate with proposals teams to ensure timely completion and publication of submissions.
• Manage the bidding graphics and image libraries.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor/line manager.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of construction consultancy experience is essential, preferably in Mixed Development, Cities, Infrastructure projects, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of up-to-date industry-leading software and technologies including Adobe Suite, AutoDesk, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable in both iOS and Windows environments.
• Ability to generate high-quality products in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in both printed and digital documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team with other department members concurrently.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
