About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intern - Human Resources in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Meet and greet colleagues with a smile at all times; Responsible for dealing with all colleague queries and telephone calls that come through the office and direct them to the relevant HR colleague;
  • Maintain up-to-date files, ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis;
  • Handle confidential matters/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity;
  • To drive change, influence transitions, and actively seek and contribute to ideas and solutions for continuous improvement;
  • To communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external customers;
  • To handle the planning and execution of colleague engagement events;
  • To assist colleagues with enquiries in regard to HR matters.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and management
  • Teamwork and creative skills
  • Ability to take initiative and proactiveness
