1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and screening potential candidates for various roles.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Support: Participate in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to handover to onboarding.
3. Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members on recruitment initiatives and special projects.
4. Process Improvement: Provide support in enhancing recruitment strategies and processes.
5. Exposure to Recruitment Tools: Learn and utilise recruitment systems and platforms to manage candidate data.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. UAE National as per government requirements.
2. Passion for HR and Recruitment, a genuine interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
