Business Line Specific Context

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with various HR functions, and gain hands-on experience in HR processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
