Job Description
- Engage with potential clients to understand their finishing equipment needs and requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to recommend the most suitable finishing solutions for clients' applications.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are executed smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering post-sale support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Solve technical problems for customers and provide effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field to ensure a strong foundational understanding of fit-out principles.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out sales or project management, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience in the commercial or residential fit-out industry, emphasizing familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
- Strong technical skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to effectively communicate design ideas and modifications.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, enabling smooth interactions with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, fostering teamwork and positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that all aspects of project proposals and execution maintain high standards of quality.
