Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a strong fit-out background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional conceptual skills, the ability to present ideas effectively, and proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop. Experience with Revit and hand sketching will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and enhance user experience.
2. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design ideas and solutions.
3. Develop detailed drawings and specifications for fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
4. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and feedback throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
2. Strong in creating concepts and proven record of converting concepts to projects.
3. 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, specifically in fit-out projects, within the UAE.
4. Strong proficiency in design software, including SketchUp and Photoshop; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
5. Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
6. Excellent sketching skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
7. Strong presentation and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
