Job Summary:

The Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts while creating realistic 3D visualizations to effectively communicate these ideas to clients. This dual-role position requires a blend of creative design skills and technical proficiency in 3D modeling software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:
   • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
   • Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
   • Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design vision.
2. 3D Visualization:
   • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar.
   • Apply textures, lighting, and material properties to enhance the visual quality of models.
   • Produce photorealistic renderings for client presentations and marketing materials.
3. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
   • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
   • Maintain organized records of project progress, design iterations, and client communications.
4. Client Interaction:
   • Present design concepts and visualizations to clients for feedback and approval.
   • Incorporate client feedback into designs, making necessary revisions to achieve desired outcomes.
   • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process.
5. Technical Skills:
   • Utilize advanced 3D modeling and rendering software to create detailed and accurate visualizations.
   • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in interior design and 3D visualization.
   • Experiment with new tools and software to enhance design capabilities and improve workflow efficiency.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
   • Identify and resolve design issues or challenges that arise during the modeling and implementation process.
   • Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer, preferably within the interior design or architectural industry.
3. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
8. Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
