Job Description

• Create and present design concepts and proposals.
• Develop annual colour trends.
• Utilize a deep understanding of color theory to select appropriate color palettes and finishes that enhance the aesthetics of the space.
• Provide expert guidance on paint types, textures, and applications, ensuring durability and alignment with the overall design.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing room designs using our products for marketing materials such as catalogues, social media, or the website.
• Design showrooms and oversee project progress, providing design guidance to contractors and other professionals.
• Develop design concepts and create visualisations using software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct meetings with contractors, architects, and other professionals to keep them informed about the latest products.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and update a database of all architects and interior designer companies and freelancers for continuous communication, promotions, and targeted marketing activities.
• Maintain regular communication with contractors, architects, and other professionals, and provide them with all necessary marketing materials, including catalogues, samples, and other requested items and generate new business opportunities.
• Organize and plan company events, including conceptualizing theme ideas, establishing budgets, booking venues, liaising with suppliers and clients, managing logistics, and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design concepts and completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or residential interior design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Keen eye for design and aesthetic.
• Knowledge of color theory and selection.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both oral and written.
