Support Sales team in creation of a stylistically strong concept for the client that offers visual and functional solutions of Home Centre products to meet client satisfaction.
Ensure customer commitments are met on time through follow-ups on purchases/orders/deliveries and addressing issues (if any).
Ensure all client design specifications are duly met through follow-up communication, home visits, setup, and customer feedback on the service provided.
OFFER
Prepare work briefs based on client interaction to understand the requirement aided by secondary research.
Provide detailed assistance to clients during the selection process of fabrics, color palettes, window treatments, lighting, carpets, floor tiles, artwork, paint, wallpaper, and accessories through product samples or mood boards.
Prepare accurate and error-free detailed drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes using computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) for presentation to clients using in-store roomstyler.
Identify and understand the structural requirements of the design solution with adequate focus on health and safety issues, building codes, and other relevant technical aspects.
Combine the Home Centre offer with appropriate selection of other elements such as textile, material, color, texture, lighting, and other factors to create a better solution for the Homes.
Responsible for preparing detailed order documents.
Prepare the program for site/home; prepare status report on a weekly basis.
Producing mood boards for presentation to clients.
Finish plans/layouts and specification/BOQ.
