Interior Design Assistant / Junior Stylist – AirDXB

AirDXB is a leading property management company in Dubai, dedicated to enhancing the short-term rental market with beautifully styled and well-maintained properties. We are looking for a creative and highly organized Interior Design Assistant / Junior Stylist to support our design team and ensure our properties are presented at their best.

Role Overview:

As an Interior Design Assistant / Junior Stylist, you will play a key role in sourcing, styling, and coordinating design projects across our property portfolio. You will assist with admin tasks, procurement, project coordination, and property staging, ensuring each home is beautifully designed, fully functional, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the design team and ongoing projects.
2. Source and procure furnishings, décor, and accessories within a set budget & timeline.
3. Coordinate with labourers, maintenance, housekeeping, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
4. Manage budgets, track expenses, and submit reports to ensure cost-effective solutions.
5. Keep clients updated, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed.
6. Stage properties, organize accessories, and set up spaces for professional photo shoots.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
2. Driving license & own car preferred for sourcing and site visits.
3. Interior design qualification (preferred) OR industry experience.
4. Confident in client communication & fee negotiation.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
6. Excellent organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines.
7. Strong admin & budgeting skills to track expenses efficiently.
