Intensive Care Unit Staff Nurses Relocate to Dubai

Bachelor's degree in nursing.

3 years of experience in the same field.

Dataflow to Dubai is a must.

Dubai license holder is a plus.

Fluent in English.

Job description and responsibilities

1. Assesses utilizing age-specific data the patient's physical, psychosocial, and spiritual status in a comprehensive manner.
2. Demonstrates accurate assessment skills appropriate to the age of the patient based on scientific facts and principles.
3. Performs initial assessment and completes required documentation within organizational standards.
4. Performs and documents ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention.
5. Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
6. Assists other staff in the delivery of patient care as appropriate.
7. Demonstration of sound decision-making in emergency scenarios based on patient conditions such as vital signs, patient presentation, and assessments.
8. Ensuring the proper functions of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters, and other life support equipment.
9. Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
10. Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
11. Provide care for all patients as well as handling of intubations, defibrillations, auto transfusions, Medlock insertions, splinting, and more.
12. Apply nursing care to the patient connected with mechanical ventilator and its alarms.
13. Assist in the care of traumas, cardiac arrests, strokes, and other triage situations.
