Insurance Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales targets based on product mix.
2. Meet bank sales team (RMs/WAs) on a daily basis to explore opportunities for insurance sales.
3. Maintain business pipeline for the month in conjunction with RM/WA.
4. Responsible for arranging product training and training refreshers for the sales team on a regular basis.
5. Educate the sales team on underwriting guidelines to ensure smooth flow of business.
6. Arrange training on completion of application/documentation for business sourced to ensure the TAT are maintained.
7. Keep the sales team updated with the requirements of business submitted to MetLife.
8. Responsible for field underwriting of new applications (completeness of relevant documentation).
