Job Description

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitors’ offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating product value and benefits.
  • Follow up with leads and clients regularly to nurture relationships and encourage renewals.
  • Assist clients in understanding complex insurance policies, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on competitor products and market dynamics to strategize effectively and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value and handle objections in a persuasive manner.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
