Senior Manager - Recruitment | Emiratization Specialist | Connecting Talent with Transformative Opportunities Across Middle East

  • Position - Insurance Officer
  • Salary - AED 5000

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Processing & Assessment

  • Review and verify insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assess claim validity based on policy terms and conditions.
  • Process approvals, rejections, or escalations as needed.
  • Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, and third-party administrators.
  • Clarify claim-related queries and provide updates on claim status.
  • Resolve disputes and coordinate appeals if required.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure claims adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and fraud prevention protocols.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in claims data and billing.

System & Data Management

  • Input and update claim details in the claims processing system.
  • Generate reports on claim trends, approvals, denials, and settlements.
  • Support process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance claims processing, customer service, or healthcare administration.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, claims regulations, and medical billing (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in claims management software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy.
