Insurance Executive - Claims, Underwriting, Finance

We are Hiring UAE Nationals (Fresh Graduates) for multiple positions for permanent roles in our Claims, Underwriting, Compliance, Audit, Actuary, IT, and Customer Service Departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Learn technical business functions and contribute to the organization.
2. Business support in insurance operations.
3. Insurance Policy Services and Customer Service.
4. Evaluate and process insurance claims according to company guidelines and policies.
5. Underwrite insurance policies in accordance with established underwriting guidelines.
6. Review and analyze financial data to assess the financial viability of potential policyholders.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
8. Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations on insurance coverage and pricing.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
10. Prepare reports and presentations.
11. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve claims and underwriting processes.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. High School or Fresh Graduates with bachelor’s degree.
2. Fluent in English and Arabic.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools.
