Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting employees with enrollment in benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement savings.
  2. Conducting presentations and meetings to explain benefits to employees.
  3. Liaising with insurance and savings providers on behalf of employees and the company.
  4. Answering questions or concerns from employees about their benefits.
  5. Keeping employee benefits records up to date.
  6. Accounting the total cost to company of various benefits options.
  7. Assisting with payroll.
  8. Ensuring that the company's benefits policy complies with laws and regulations.
  9. Informing employees of any changes to their benefits.
