Instrumentation Technician – Quality Control

Reports to: Production Engineer

- To ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in instrumentation products and processes through the implementation of effective quality assurance and control measures.

- The Quality Engineer - Instrumentation will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and resolving quality issues, and promoting a culture of quality excellence within the organization.

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems for instrumentation products and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Perform inspections, tests, and evaluations of instrumentation components, subassemblies, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications, performance standards, and customer requirements.

- Investigate non-conformances, defects, and quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.

- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality components and materials.

- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, test results, inspection findings, and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports, documentation, and metrics for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Certified Instrumentation Professional preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quality inspections, data analysis, and documentation.
