Instructional Designer in educational or software industry

We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or a related field with a passion for designing engaging learning experiences that empower users to effectively utilize our software.

1. Design and develop engaging instructional materials including e-learning modules, user guides, training manuals, and workshops.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Learning & Development Manager, developers, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
3. Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to create content that is learner-centric, interactive, and effective.
4. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in instructional design and apply them to enhance training delivery.

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
3. Strong understanding of instructional design models such as Theory of Multimedia Learning and Cognitive Load Theory.
4. Proven proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia editing software such as Adobe products.
5. Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Leonardo, etc.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency and experience in running and managing Learning Management Systems.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
