Job description

KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leader in property management in Dubai, is looking for an Institutional Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key institutional clients, including banks, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and other financial institutions. Your expertise will help drive our growth in the institutional sales segment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target institutional clients to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that address the needs of institutional investors
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and communicate value propositions, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze market data and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings based on client needs and market demand
  • Prepare and manage reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market analysis
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and investment trends that may impact institutional clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in institutional sales, particularly in real estate or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for developing client relationships
  • Proficient in financial analysis and understanding complex financial documents
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategic partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Valid UAE driver's license and ability to travel as required
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
