About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to support our initiatives across MEA and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.
What You'll Be Doing
Account Development: Identify and nurture major accounts in key markets within MEA, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients and contributing to account growth through strategic initiatives.
TradFi Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product, to develop strategies that adhere to regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
What We Look For In You
Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with external customers and stakeholders in the MEA market.
Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of local crypto regulations and a proven record of managing partnerships with traditional finance clients.
Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
