About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to support our initiatives across MEA and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Account Development: Identify and nurture major accounts in key markets within MEA, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients and contributing to account growth through strategic initiatives.
  • TradFi Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product, to develop strategies that adhere to regulatory requirements and align with business goals.

What We Look For In You

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with external customers and stakeholders in the MEA market.
  • Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of local crypto regulations and a proven record of managing partnerships with traditional finance clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on achieving results and contributing to business growth.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
