Installation Engineering Lead/Manager

Offshore Installation Engineering Manager with Offshore Transportation and Installation Experience

With particular reference to the following (not limited to) installation packages (Subsea/S-Lay / Jacket / Cables / Structures Installation/diving), the resource shall be experienced & able to:

1. Coordinate a team of Installation Engineers & T&I analysis engineers, including Installation Engineer Leads, Method engineers, Operation Engineers (if required), Draftsmen & T&I analysis engineers (Naval architect, installation analysis, T&I structural analysis).
2. Be responsible for the preparation of technical documentation of the project and ensure compliance of documentation with CORPORATE and INTERNATIONAL standards.
3. Cooperate and support the Project Manager in defining, monitoring, and updating project execution plans, ensuring proper and timely execution of project engineering.
4. Prepare & guide the preparation of a complete engineering Installation package (installation procedures / rigging drawing / check list dossier / trial lift & load out procedures etc.).
5. Follow up & manage the Installation analysis team (naval engineering / structural engineering / pipelay analysis engineering), including input & deep review of analysis / design reports.
6. Follow up the operation phase (including temporary items material procurement, vessel mobilization, subcontractors contract(s), etc.).
7. Follow up onshore & offshore operations to technically assist (project side) the vessel management team during mobilization / testing & installation phase.

Software & Codes / Standards

Office package (including Microsoft Project) + good knowledge of main offshore T&I codes (DNV/API etc.).

Experience

Minimum 12-15 years in Installation engineering (including operation follow-up / offshore & yard experiences).

Education

Master's degree in Mechanical/Civil (preferable) or other Engineering degree.
