Job Mission:
  1. Develop with the lead the specific knowledge of main hydrodynamic & mooring Engineer competences such as vessel Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, DP System, Mooring, Engineering analysis for Offshore installation, Coupled analysis for wind farm.
  2. Apply & improve technical skills, expertise, knowledge, procedures and tools as required for proposals & project execution.
  3. Support hydrodynamic & mooring engineering activities.
  4. Improve quality & efficiency in the engineering activity.

Job Tasks:
  1. The hydrodynamic and mooring engineer executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the QA/QC & HSE requirements.
  2. Apply the Engineering acquired competence for hydrodynamic and mooring technical activities.
  3. Prepare deliverables (procedures, notes, technical reports).
  4. Develop design capability (stability, hydrostatic hydrodynamics, mooring, installation engineering, DP, coupled analysis for wind turbine).
  5. Prepare technical documents relevant for requisitions, bid analysis, and PO.
  6. Prepare feedback dossiers from projects.
  7. Support the Lead to develop excellence in hydrodynamic, mooring and wind farm engineering.
  8. Acquire the capability and skill requested to successfully apply the state of art of numerical tools for the department engineering activities.
  9. Assist the Lead to implement the process of Lesson Learning.
  10. Improve technical competence growth of department resources regarding Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, Mooring analysis, Dynamic Positioning System, and coupled analysis for wind turbine.
  11. Feed the Offshore Structural Department improvement system by reverting the lessons learned during the project.
